- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries (50 g)
- 1/3 cup dried papaya, chopped (50 g)
- 1/3 cup dried apricots, chopped (50 g)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Granola
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, ground flaxseed, and chia seeds.

2. Prepare the Wet Mixture
In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, gently warm together the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and water until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
3. Bake
Spread the granola into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring every 8–10 minutes to ensure even browning.
Bake until lightly golden and fragrant.

4. Finish
Allow the granola to cool completely.
Once cooled, stir in the cinnamon, dried cranberries, dried papaya, and chopped dried apricots.
Transfer to an airtight jar or container.
